An Integrated Medicine
My practice is based on integrative medicine, but especially with a particular tool called the Health Nutrition Assessment (Bilan Nutrition Santé in French), shortened to 'BNS‘. This method rests on the understanding of potential imbalances in the body and organs, which can be the source of your symptoms.
By combining functional biology with natural and traditional medicines, the BNS offers a deep understanding of bodily processes, aiming to restore comprehensive and sustainable health by adopting a "natural" and "functional" approach.
This comprehensive method offers a unique perspective and our main goal is to restore your balance. This medicine allows us to correct imbalances through multiple means, including dietary supplements, phytotherapy and micro-nutrition, homeopathy, lifestyle and dietary adjustments — all tailored to your specific needs.
In an existing medical follow-up framework, it is important to note that the objective of this method is to provide a clear analysis and consultation support. The assessment offers avenues for reading, research, and understanding to identify the origin of symptoms in order to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
* Under no circumstances does the BNS substitute for a medical consultation, and the advice offered does not include any medical or pharmacological treatment

Why consult?
It is beneficial to consult if you are looking for a holistic approach to health, personalised advice, and solutions to complex problems This integrative approach aims to address the underlying causes of health problems and promote overall well-being.
You are considered in your entirety, by taking into account the symptoms, the emotional, mental and environmental factors that influence your health, allowing for understanding and solving complex problems.
The emphasis is on disease prevention, by identifying risk factors and proposing strategies to maintain good health in the long term. This does not, however, exclude support following a medical diagnosis.
Treatments are tailored to your specific needs. This means that the proposed solutions are personalised, which increases the chances of success.
A variety of methods are used, including nutrition, medicinal plants, traditional medicine, functional biology, etc. This allows combining different approaches to optimise results.
Not only is physical health improved, but also emotional and mental health. This helps reduce stress, improve quality of life, and promote overall well-being.
For complex or chronic problems that have not found satisfactory solutions elsewhere, integrative medicine can offer new perspectives and answers.

Complementary techniques
As you will have understood, in addition to my practice focused on restoring health through the BNS, I offer specialised methods which allow targeting specific aspects of your being or responding to a specific request from you.
Osteo-reboutement and Neuro-Functional Programming (NFP)
Combined or practiced separately, these two methods focus on the mechanics and rebalancing of your body's structure. They release and improve the flow of energy at all levels of your being, thus promoting the restoration of health.
I Ching Life Lectures
Millennial practice originating from the plains of Mongolia hundreds of years ago and formatted in China. The I Ching brings light to your choices and helps you understand your strengths, your challenges and shows you the path to (re)find harmony in your life.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Take the time to refocus on yourself. With an emphasis on breathing (Pranayama), we put our body in motion and free the mind.
... and for our furry friends
The Health Nutrition Assessment (Bilan Nutrition Santé in French) is also a tool that we can use to improve the health of our animals. To date, we have good results on dogs, cats and horses.
The only subtlety is that we use the "BNS12", a lighter and less expensive test as it checks less parameters.
