A natural choice

When integrated medicine changed my life

One could say that I have generally been in good health throughout my life, but what became very clear in my thirties is that allopathic medicine often had more side effects for me than beneficial effects.

A rather significant fall from a horse triggered a chain of events that would change the direction of my life. The last straw was a rare and almost fatal allergy to a "common" product given after a "routine" surgery... Surgery necessary due to the consequences of the fall three years earlier, but it took a few years to realise that there was a link.

The experiences I had in my life with the allopathic medical world made me realise that I almost always reacted badly to prescriptions, and that I was rarely given answers to the « why? » of my ailments. So I needed to find more natural answers and solutions to take care of my health

I discovered integrative medicine.

I wasn't always an integrated medicine practitioner, but life decided otherwise

As if by chance, the riding fall happened at a time in my life when I felt a need for change, but also to find meaning again.

My career began in the media, then I worked in graphic design and communication, including a bit of maritime logistics, to finally find myself surrounded by natural therapies during a job at a recognised naturopathy school in Switzerland (federal diploma level).

I trained as a life coach to learn how to ask myself the right questions to help myself first. This proved to be very beneficial, and I decided to continue training in various therapies that helped me move forward.

I continue to work part-time in a Swiss non-profit and still offer my services in graphic design and communication for people and projects with positive values.

My practice has nevertheless taken an integral part in my life and I am passionate about health and what it really means.

My personal experience has become an asset...

Following my somewhat chaotic but very therapeutic journey, I learned to practice methods that helped me in my own path. Now, I can offer them to you in turn to accompany you towards optimal health and a better understanding of yourself.
